A Yummy Supper.
Tin of tomatoes with herbs
A few mushrooms
A couple of cloves of garlic
Fresh or lazy chillies
Courgette (chopped or spiralised)
Soft cheese (i like blue cheese)
Tuna steak or bacon or chicken ( protein of your choice)
Chop the garlic with salt until a paste
Put a knob of coconut oil in a pan
Add salt and your chillies
Add your mushrooms ( chopped)
When cooked add tin tomatoes
Take your choice of protein chop into small pieces
Put knob of coconut oil in a pan or on a griddle
Cook your protein until tender
Boil a pan of water with salt
When boiling add your courgette. Boil until cooked.
When cooked add to your tomato base.
Then add in your protein to the tomato base.
Make sure its hot all the way through.
Take out and serve on a plate.
Add your choice of cheese.
Taste then season. Tuck in. YUMMY.xx
